Information regarding the online registration

Welcome to the ASA online registration! We are pleased that you are interested in participating in the ASA Programme 2026. The accurate collection of your data is important for the ASA Programme in order to transfer it to our database. In addition, the information you provide allows us to get to know you better and supports the selection of participants from Germany, particularly in composing and matching the project team.

Please complete your registration no later than January 10, 2026. Only registrations that have been completed by this date can be accepted for further processing. Please note that the server may be overloaded on the deadline date. We therefore recommend that you complete your registration as early as possible, also because in this way the next process steps can be initiated as quickly as possible (visa invitation, flight bookings, etc.). We will respond to your registration by the end of January 2026 and inform you about all further steps.

Please note that your connection to the server will be automatically disconnected after 20 minutes of inactivity. Longer texts can also be prepared offline in a text editor so that you can copy them into the form when back online.

Submit registration

Once you have fully completed your registration, you must click on 'Submit registration'. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. However, if you wish to modify the information in your registration, you can withdraw the submission, make the required changes and submit your registration again.
